Store Policies

CUSTOM ORDERS:  We LOVE custom orders!  Most of our items are customizable, however if you don't see exactly what you want, send us an e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION:  For all personalized items, you will receive a design proof via email for approval or edit requests.  You must respond with an approval before we will finalize your order.  YOUR PERSONALIZED ORDER WILL NOT BE CUT OR ENGRAVED UNTIL WE RECEIVE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM YOU!

Once we receive confirmation, the order is no longer changeable or cancellable.

SHIPPING:  We ship all orders via USPS  or UPS and are not responsible for any packages that arrive damaged or later than the estimated delivery date provided by USPS. We take great care to ensure that items leave our studio in perfect condition and are packaged properly.  If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with 48 hours of receipt of the damaged package.  We will need pictures of the damaged items and the packaging.  Damaged items will be replaced with the exact same item, no substitutions are allowed.  

PROCESSING TIME:  All items are designed and made by the 2 (sometimes 3!) of us in our studio in the Pacific Northwest.  Orders (not including bulk custom orders) will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS first class or Priority Mail or UPS.  Please remember to allow for adequate shipping time if you are ordering items for gifts or an event.

Pomp & Revel custom designs cannot be used, sold or shared by the consumer or third parties.  Pomp & Revel holds all property rights to all designs.

Pomp & Revel products cannot be re-sold by consumers and/or unauthorized sellers.  If you are interested in wholesale items, please contact us directly.

RETURNS:  We accept returns of non-customized items only, if you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the order.  Return items must be IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGING AND  BE UNUSED.  Original shipping charges cannot be refunded and there is a 15% re-stocking fee.  You are responsible for return shipping charges and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt in our studio of the items being returned.

COLOR ACCURACY:  We do our best to represent colors accurately, but due to monitor or device differences, some colors may appear slightly different in the final product.   Please feel free to contact us for additional photos if needed.

KIDS:  We love kiddos and want to keep everyone safe!  Please note that while many of our items are designed to be displayed in a little one's room, they are not intended as toys.  Please be sure to use appropriate materials to properly & safely hang any decorative wall items, check regularly to ensure hold, and keep decorative items & hangers out of reach of little hands.

SALES TAX:  We are located in Washington State, so all orders being shipped within the  state will be charged the applicable sales tax for where the items are being shipped to.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time we only offer shipping on orders within the Continental United States.
